HOW TO PICK LOCKS Easy Lock Picking Guide for Locksmith Students and Hobbyists eBook George Robertson
This is a very good book. I read maybe a fourth of it then picked the practice lock I had, once. Read on about three fourths and picked the lock repeatedly. Then picked the lock on a file cabinet that I could not get to unlock with the key. So far everything I currently needed it for has been accomplished. I will read the rest and try picking my house doorlocks, pickup truck lock and maybe some others just to see if I learned enough for my needs. I recomment this book to anyone that is planning to learn how to pick locks. This is a basic manual for noobies, I don't think experienced people will get much out of it. It is written for beginners. It does what the title says.Product details

Not bad! Seems simple.
If you have no idea this book will give you an understanding.

It is helpful
still learning
This has been an interest of mine for a long time. I found this book while I was looking at getting my first set of lock picks. This book makes learning about locks interesting and fun. I was running around the house picking all of the locks I could find. While I was not able to open them all, I was able to open several. It just takes practice.
I recommend this book to help educate yourself about lock and picking techniqes.
You do not have to spend a lot of money to get great information on lock picking. This inexpensive edition is all you need to get started with the basics. I really like that it contains illustrations in order to simplify the text. I highly recommend it. I have a lock picking kit with a transparent lock that enables you to practice while actually being able to see the inner workings of the lock. This little book is a great place to start learning the skill, and is just a super help in identifying tools and techniques.
